Back to the office!

It was back to the office yesterday and re-opening to the Public as England eases its way out of Lockdown 3.0

I couldn't believe it was -1 and snowing however, especially as we only had 22 degrees a couple of weeks ago and I was out in shorts! You can even see the blossom on my plum tree in the pic. Crazy global warming.

I was supposed to be taking Mum on our long overdue India and Nepal trip in October so Mum can retrace her childhood roots, but I took the decision yesterday to move it to March 2022. I'm definitely suffering from "Covid fatigue" - not from having it, but from the effects it's having on the travel industry and the fact I can't travel. As you know, travel for me is about rebalancing and, not being able to travel is seriously getting me down. I'm getting together with the girls tonight

now that we can meet in pub gardens in groups of 6 and I'm hoping we can have a good old laugh and vent a bit! It's really hard to work in the industry at the moment and not be able to have some adventures. I use my own experience a lot, it keeps me buoyant with customers, so I'm now digging deep into my reserves! I know the girls feel exactly the same as me.
